This Urban Retreat is an opportunity to be awake to how you can be more mindful of the spiritual dimension in your life and live in a more conscious way that will bring a positive impact on your health and wholeness and on your community.

We will explore the connections between wholeness of body, mind, spirit and relationships and you will come away with tools to use in your daily life to journey to wholeness.
