Community of Christ has a rich heritage of retreat and camping experiences. Events such as Family Camps, Children's Camp and Women's Retreats have offered time for people to retreat and be encompassed by the Spirit, which are not only valuable as community gatherings, but also times which participants can reconnect with the Divine. Community of Christ owns two campgrounds in Australia, one in Victoria and the other on the Mid-North Coast of NSW.
Kallara Conference Centre
Kallara Conference Centre is a unique venue nestled in the scenic foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges, a short 2hr drive from Melbourne CBD. The grounds back onto native bushland with unique wildlife and scenic walking tracks.
It is a fully equipped conference facility catering for up to 116 people. Onsite accommodation is available in private cabins with or without en-suites, caravan & camping sites are also available. Facilities are modern and include a fully equipped commercial quality kitchen for self catering – or we can arrange catering for you.
Tiona PARK
Tiona Park occupies a very unique place nestled between the white sands of Seven Mile Beach, the cabbage tree palm studded shores of Wallis Lake and spectacular Booti Booti National Park
Whilst Community of Christ own the facility, Tiona Palms Holiday Park are the owners of the management and day to day running of the tourist park.
