Leadership Training and Spiritual Formation Program
An innovative training initiative designed to equip emerging and potential leaders and staff of Community of Christ Australia. This program combines leadership and personal development with knowledge and spiritual formation, fostering growth and empowerment within our faith community.

Interested to be part of the next co-hort?
Participants: be part of the LEAD Program as a student, teacher, or both (18 years plus).
Sponsorship: Individuals or Congregations can sponsor a participant or activity.
Cost: Each participant is asked to contribute $500/year for 3 years towards the costs.
Please reach out to the LEAD Program Action Team if you are seeking sponsorship for part or full costs of training.
