Call for donations of goods towards the Silent Auction fundraiser for the Tiona Chapel, planned at Tiona Reunion this year.

Support4Pancare is a Victoria based fundraising group, with every cent raised going to the not-for-profit charity: Pancare Foundation. Their recent Cup Day fundraiser sausage sizzles brought in $2,975.35, taking the total for the year to over $20,000!

Having, sadly, lost friends to liver/pancreatic cancer, founding members were inspired to take action, starting the group to raise awareness and funds, both for research as well as to and care for people diagnosed with pancreatic and liver cancer.

For some time now we’ve been wanting to find a way to tell the story of how Community of Christ in Australia is working towards its mission. Most not-for-profit’s in Australia produce an annual report to provide their members and the wider community a snapshot as to how it is performing, and to share the hopes and dreams of the future. Now it’s our turn!

At Mission Centre Conference we announced several role focus changes among the paid field staff team. These changes have been made, effective July 1, to align with the priorities of the strategic plan.
