Accommodation & Registrations
As this is a new venue for us, accommodation works a little differently from what we're used to.
All rooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Please read the room options carefully before selecting. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before registering. For more information, feel free to visit Wiseman's Retreat Accommodation Page.
Accommodation pricing includes the full cost of attending the Gathering, including meals and all event costs. There is no separate registration fee - your accommodation selection covers everything.
Prices: Click the registration link below to view the price range based on attendance and accommodation options. The Mission Centre has significantly subsidised this event to help keep costs as reasonable and accessible as possible, while also ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for our members. That said, if you require additional financial assistance, please contact Julie Crittenden. You may also wish to speak with your local congregation, as congregational support is often available. All enquiries will be treated with care and discretion.
Day visiting is also available. If you do not require accommodation, simply select the Day Visitor option when registering.
Village Rooms (Private Rooms)
Between $200-$400 for 2 nights
Single Person – Village Room
One king bed (can be split).
For individuals wanting their own private room.
Shared Couple – Village Room
One king bed (can be split).
For two people booking a private room together.
These rooms are not shared with other attendees.
Shared Room Options
Between $200-$300 for 2 nights
Ridge View Room (Sleeps 3)
Shared Village Family Room (Sleeps 4)
It is ideal if you have already communicated with others you plan to share with. We recommend agreeing on your room choice together before registering.
If you register without a nominated group, we will allocate a room on your behalf based on availability.
Please note:
Everyone sharing a room must select the same stay dates. We are unable to split nights within the same cabin.
