It has been a pleasure serving as your Interim Mission Centre President this year. I have been blessed by your support and kindness during my 6 months in the role.

I'm thrilled to be welcoming Meredith Carr as the new Mission Centre President. I have been meeting regularly with Meredith over the last 9 months, and can witness to her deep sense of call, love for ministry, and sensitive approach to leadership. I look forward to the pastoral care and vision that she will bring to the Australian people.

Meredith, and her husband Dennis, will be arriving in Sydney in mid-July. Meredith will commence in the role of Mission Centre President on 16 July. They have temporary accommodation in Sydney for their first 6 weeks in Australia, after which time they plan to relocate to the Forster area.

I will continue with the Mission Centre for a few months in a part time capacity to assist with the leadership transition.

 Meredith is very keen to meet with Pastors and congregations early in her role. I will be in touch with pastors shortly to arrange visits to congregations around the country. Meredith will also be offering guest ministry at a number of events in the second half of this year, including Victorian Women's Retreat, and Tiona Reunion.

Hopefully, you will all have a chance to meet with Meredith and welcome her to Australia in her first 6 months.
