What a fabulous weekend we shared at our Women’s Retreat! With 24 wonderful ladies coming together, it was a special time filled with connection, laughter, friendship and plenty of memorable moments.
Our theme, “Rome Wasn’t Built in a Day: The Story We’re Still Building,” encouraged us to reflect on the experiences that have shaped us, the challenges we’ve faced, the ways we’ve grown, and the lives we’re continuing to build.
Throughout the weekend, we enjoyed meaningful conversations, shared stories, took time to reflect and created opportunities to connect with one another. There was also plenty of fun, including a fantastic Roman-themed dress-up night, where the ladies embraced the theme and brought a little ancient Rome to life!
We also enjoyed a special Purple Breakfast, raising funds for the Pancare Foundation, supporting its important work with people affected by upper gastrointestinal cancers. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together for a meaningful cause while enjoying each other’s company.
A huge thank you to all 24 ladies who attended and helped make the weekend so memorable. A very special thank you also goes to our wonderful men in the kitchen, who kept us well fed and so well looked after throughout the retreat. We truly appreciated your hard work, generosity and care!
We came together as women with different stories and experiences, but left with a shared reminder that we are all still growing, learning and building our stories, one step at a time.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this retreat such a fabulous weekend. We’re taking home wonderful memories, stronger connections and a reminder that, just like Rome, the best things take time to build!
