G’day everyone,

I’m really pleased to be joining the Australia Mission Centre team as Administration & Executive Support Officer, and I’m looking forward to getting to know and working with people across the church.

I grew up in the Salvation Army in western Sydney before finding my way to Open Door Community of Christ. I was fortunate to share in Open Door’s journey as it became a congregation and was among its first members to be ordained to the priesthood. One of the most meaningful moments in my life was marrying my husband, Rob, at Lithgow Uniting Church—we were the first same-sex couple to be married there.

Since moving to the Mid North Coast with Rob, I’ve continued to be involved with the church through the Green Cathedral–Tiona congregation, Australia Worships Online, and various Mission Centre events. Music is also a big part of my life and ministry, and I enjoy playing both the pipe organ and piano.

Outside church, I love exploring new places and creating reels to share our adventures. Rob and I share life with our two Mini Fox Terriers, Ollie and Daisy, who certainly keep us entertained. I also enjoy embracing new technology, including driving my electric Mustang, Lola.

I’m really looking forward to this new chapter and to stepping into a role where I can support the people, ministry, and mission of Community of Christ throughout Australia. I’m excited to learn, build new relationships, and contribute wherever I can.
