National Gathering Attendee Information

National Gathering is almost here! If you’re joining us at Wisemans Retreat, here are a few helpful details to help you prepare for the weekend. We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone and spending this time together in community.

Friday 21st – Arrival & Check-in

  • Check-in is available from 2:00pm.

  • When you drive into Wisemans Retreat, you’ll see the Reception labelled on the map below as Arrivals and Pantry. This is where you will check in and receive your room details and key. Arrivals and Pantry is open until 5:00pm.

  • Arriving after 5:00pm? Remaining room keys will be collected by a staff member and will be available from The Carr’s room – Room 101, located close to Arrivals and Pantry. 

  • For those travelling on the airport shuttle, we expect to arrive at Wisemans between 8:00–8:30pm.

Friday Night Dinner

  • Friday night dinner is self-organised, so you are free to eat at a time that suits you.

  • The Long Table restaurant at Wisemans Retreat will be taking bookings, with the last food orders at 9:00pm. The restaurant itself remains open until later. Guests will be able to split bills on the night.

  • There are also other places to eat within walking distance in the Wisemans Ferry town centre. Search HERE

Sunday 23rd – Check-out & Departure

  • Room check-out is 10:00am.

  • As our Sunday program begins at 9:00am, please have your room packed and luggage moved before the first session.

  • A luggage storage room will be available for bags throughout the day.

  • Our Sunday program will conclude with a Communion worship, bringing our time together at National Gathering to a close. Worship is scheduled from 2:00-3:00pm. 

  • The airport shuttle will depart promptly at 3:30pm.

  • We have access to the conference facilities until 5:00pm, so there is no need to leave the venue immediately after the program concludes.

From Saturday morning through to the conclusion of the program on Sunday, all scheduled meals and refreshments are included as part of your National Gathering registration.
